Printing Specs and Electronic Files
For full color ads, best reproduction is obtained from either an EPS computer file or same size film negatives, 150 line screen RRED. Color keys or similar color proofs
are required for all color ads.
Full page or smaller black and white ads require either an EPS computer file with a paper proof or a same size film negative for best reproduction, 133 to 150 line screen, RRED.
Standard production charges will apply if ad materials other than EPS computer files or same size film negatives are provided.
Terms
On approved credit, terms are net 30 days.
Interest at the rate of 1.5% per month will be charged after 30 days. A commission of 15% will be paid to recognized advertising agencies.

Our team of designers can produce artwork for your ad if needed. Following are basic charges, there will be additional fees for special graphics, logos or photos.

Mechanical Requirements
Offset printed on coated stock, saddle stitched.
Trim size is 8 1/8" x 10 7/8"
133 line to 150 line screen for halftones.
Issue and Closing Dates
Published bi-monthly at the beginning of February, April, June, August, October, and December..
Advertising deadlines: Space reservation required on the 1st of the month prior to
publication date.
Negatives or camera ready artwork due no later than the 8th of the month prior to publication date.
Circulation
Distributed free to over 3,500 qualified ocean industry firms and individuals in Hawaii, and to others by subscription.
